Before you were old enough to evaluate the information you were receiving —  you were already receiving it.

The beliefs you hold right now about whether you are worthy of love — what God thinks of you when you come to Him in prayer — whether your voice matters — whether you have permission to question what you were taught — whether your desires are dangerous— almost none of them came directly from God. They came from someone. Someone transmitted them.

Before you were old enough to ask where they came from. And God is asking the same question He asked Adam in the garden.

Who told you that?

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This free guide introduces three foundational truths from the complete Who Told You That? framework.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

TRUTH ONE — YOUR MIND WAS PROGRAMMED BEFORE YOU COULD QUESTION IT
Romans 12:2

Romans 12:2 commands transformation by the renewing of your mind. That command only exists because the mind you currently have is running on programming that was not entirely from God.

By the time you could evaluate information — your core beliefs about yourself, about God, about what you deserve, and about what is possible were already installed. Not chosen.
Installed.

This section covers what that means, how it happened, and why it matters.
With a declaration to speak over the programming — and one honest question to answer before you move on.

TRUTH TWO — THE FEAR OF THINKING FOR YOURSELF WAS INSTALLED 2 Timothy 1:7

There is a part of you afraid of your own mind. Afraid of what you might conclude. Afraid that questions are disobedience. Afraid your desires are dangerous. Afraid your ego is the
enemy of God.

These fears feel like spiritual discernment. They are not. God did not give you a spirit of fear. He gave you power, love, and a sound mind.

The fear of your own mind came from systems that needed you afraid of it.
This section names that — and gives you the Scripture that dismantles it.

TRUTH THREE — GOD IS REAL, AND HE MADE YOUR MIND ON PURPOSE
Psalm 139:14 · 1 Corinthians 2:16

The goal is not simply to dismantle conditioning. It is to find what God actually put there — before the programming — before the wound — before the fear. And to build on that.

God is real. More real than any of the conditioning delivered in His name.
And the real God made you a mind — a specific, distinct, individual mind — and He did not make it to run someone else's programming for the rest of your life.

We have the mind of Christ — 1 Corinthians 2:16.
That is not aspiration. That is Scripture.
