RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Creator Arsenal accepts returns of eligible physical merchandise, including pickleball equipment and accessories, within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must include its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Do not send merchandise back without first receiving return instructions.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, refund, or another resolution.

Creator Arsenal will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required because of our error or a verified product defect.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Creator Arsenal offers downloadable digital products, including:

• Ebooks and educational guides

• Digital workbooks and journals

• Bible study and devotional resources

• Printable educational materials

• Digital learning resources

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, digital purchases are generally nonrefundable once the content has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

We recognize that problems can occasionally occur.

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

• You received the wrong digital product.

• Your download is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible.

• The product materially differs from its description.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

For eligible physical-product returns made because of a change of mind or an ordering mistake, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from an error by Creator Arsenal.

Customers may wish to use a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to process the refund. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

6. EXCHANGES

For eligible physical merchandise, exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

7. NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for discretionary returns:

• Digital products that have already been delivered or accessed

• Items specifically marked as final sale, where permitted by law

These exclusions do not affect statutory rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming products.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Physical-product orders may be canceled before shipment when fulfillment status allows.

Once an order has shipped, the standard physical-product return process applies.

Digital orders may not be canceled after the purchased content has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

Customers must contact Creator Arsenal before returning physical merchandise.
